A small cute house that has a big garden withose lots of flowers and herb and maybe even some fruit trees! Location should be somewhat rural but close enough to the city that I can visit when I want without too much hassle.
On a calm beach, most any where. A pristine mountain stream, big enough to swim in, would be nice. Perhaps even a quiet lake area in a cabin. Near water, nature and in solitude would be my choice.

Gatlinburg because of the mountains, rivers, waterfalls, hiking, camping. Colorado, Oregon, Northern California, Washington State are also good candidates.
